Our mission is to craft truly authentic Cajun food to satisfy that South Louisiana envie. We use fresh, locally sourced produce. Chef Matt travels to the Lafayette, LA area as needed to get specialty ingredients like andouille and boudin from straight from the source to ensure you’re getting the real deal.
